Professor Makulilo named OUT Vice-Chancellor

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has made a reshuffle of Regional Commissioners (RCs) in which she has transferred Albert Chalamila from Kagera to Dar es Salaam to take over from Amos Makalla who moves to Mwanza. Dar is the country’s largest port and central business hub.

Also in the reshuffle, Kighoma Malima moves to Morogoro from Mwanza while Fatuma Mwassa goes to Kagera to fill the vacuum left by Chalamila.
