Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Dr Doto Biteko, inspects smart agriculture technology at a Singaporean company yesterday Wednesday. Dr Biteko and his entourage on a tour of the South East Asian nation, were informed by experts that the high-tech uses smaller space but with higher productivity.
