Prime Minister Dr Mwigulu Friday visited Tanzania's famous village of Butiama and laid a wreath on the grave of founder president, Mwalimu Julius Nyerere.
Nyerere is revered in Tanzania for uniting the nation for the independence struggle which came knocking on the door on December 9, 1961, sending jubilant Tanzanians wild.
Dr Mwigulu is on an official working tour of Mara region to inspect the implementation of development projects in various sectors of the national economy.
He's using the regional tour to listen and solve on-the-spot some of the challenges impeding rural development.
